App Overview
Veranda Estate is a frontend-only property showcase and estate-services application. It presents curated demonstration property and service content, allows users to explore listings, prepare viewing or service-booking details, manage favorites and cart items, edit locally displayed profile information, and use support actions.
The current version does not use a Veranda Estate backend, does not create an online user account, does not process real payments and does not transmit booking forms to a Veranda Estate server.
Information Entered by Users
The app may allow you to enter or select information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- City and address
- Property-viewing preferences
- Selected date and time
- Visitor count
- Booking or support notes
- A profile or reference image selected through the Android system picker
- Favorites, cart selections and locally prepared booking details
In the current frontend-only version, this information is used to display and operate app features on your device. Veranda Estate does not receive this information through an app-operated backend.
Do not enter confidential financial information, passwords, identity-document numbers or other highly sensitive information into demonstration forms.
Local and Temporary App Data
Most app selections are maintained in local application memory for the current app session. Depending on Android, device backup settings, image caching and system behavior, limited technical or cached data may remain temporarily on the device.
You can remove locally held app data by:
- Clearing the app's storage or cache in Android settings; or
- Uninstalling the app.
Because the current version does not create an online account or store user information on a Veranda Estate server, there is no remote account record to delete through the app.
Internet Images and Network Access
The app uses internet access to load relevant property, interior, office, service and profile images from third-party image-hosting sources over HTTPS. When your device requests an image, the external hosting provider may automatically receive standard network information such as your IP address, device/browser request details, date and time, and the requested image URL.
That processing is controlled by the relevant third-party provider and may be governed by its own privacy terms. Veranda Estate does not use these image requests to build advertising profiles.
External Phone, Email and Share Actions
When you choose a call, email or share action, the app may open another application installed on your device, such as the phone dialer, email client or Android share sheet. Information you choose to send through another app is handled by that app and its provider under their own privacy practices.
The Veranda Estate app does not automatically place calls or send emails without your action.
Photo and File Selection
The app may use the Android system content picker when you choose a profile image or reference photo. The app receives access only to the item you select through the picker. The current version does not upload the selected image to a Veranda Estate server.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The current frontend-only version does not intentionally collect through a Veranda Estate backend:
- Precise or approximate device location
- Contacts
- SMS or call logs
- Advertising identifiers
- Payment-card or bank-account credentials
- Biometric information
- Health information
- Passwords
- Background microphone or camera data
Data Sharing and Sale
Veranda Estate does not sell personal information collected through the app. Because the current version has no Veranda Estate backend, we do not share user-entered form information with property agents, service providers or advertisers through an app server.
Standard network data may be processed by third-party image hosts and by external apps that you intentionally open, as described above.
Security
The app requires HTTPS for its configured internet image requests and does not permit cleartext network traffic. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, and users should avoid placing confidential information in demonstration fields.
Children's Privacy
Veranda Estate is intended for a general adult audience interested in property and estate services. It is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information through a Veranda Estate backend.
Property, Price and Service Information
Property listings, prices, availability, service descriptions, professional profiles and booking information displayed in the app may be curated demonstration content. Users should independently confirm material information with Veranda Estate before relying on it, visiting a property, ordering a service or making a payment.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality, data practices, legal requirements or third-party services change. The updated policy will display a revised effective date. Material changes should also be reflected in the app and the Google Play listing where required.
Google Play Data Safety
The developer is responsible for ensuring that the Google Play Data safety form accurately reflects the final released app, including every third-party library, SDK, hosting service and feature included at publication time. If the released app later adds analytics, authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, advertising or a backend, this Privacy Policy and the Data safety declaration must be updated before or when those changes are released.
